Chef Mark Winters (Lighthouse Lake Keowee, Augusta National Golf Club) decided to rekindle the famous Blue Marble Deli.  Winters decided after a very successful roll out of the new Blue Marble Deli and City Market concept that it was time to expand into the next phase of their business and in 2018 introduced Pub Blue. The Pub is a new concept of a gastro pub that combines great food, craft beer, fine wines, billiards and live music!  In a few short years it's already become a local favorite spot and a top rated restaurant in Seneca, SC on all the major services.
